Australia Wide Shipping
We use a combination of Sendle & Australia Post to ensure your parcel reaches you quicker. By doing so we are able to also post to PO Boxes.
Please note processing time is not included in shipping schedule - please allow 3 - 5 business days in addition to despatch.
Due to current COVID restrictions in your state there may be significant delays in deliveries.
We are getting delays in receiving our crystal cards so you may notice some missing - if you are interested in a copy let us know via Instagram DM or email & we'll send you a PDF copy x
The below is an estimate - due to COVID delays & high volumes with postal services we use it may take longer for delivery to your state. Unfortunately this is out of our control

Please note: Express shipping does not mean that the order is processed as a priority, this postage format refers to the actual shipping time frame with the postal company.
We are unable to fulfil any International Orders at this stage - keep an eye out for the near future as we work it out
Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit delays or issues (including damages) that may arise.

Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from Love & Destiny are carefully packaged with love and a very close eye. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our awesome customers. However, unfortunately (and out of our control) from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
For breakages or any other issues please contact us via email at Loveanddestiny_@hotmail.com within 48 hours of your receiving your parcel with your order number and a photo & description of the problem. Love & Destiny is not held responsible for any damage or broken crystals during transit however we will try to promptly assist in raising a claim with the carrier.
To raise a claim with Australia Post please follow the below address and the instructions provided by Australia Post;
To raise a claim with Sendle follow the instructions on your email with the tracking number to go through to their website to lodge a Missing Parcel/Damage Claim.
Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Love & Destiny.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
